This book is packed with tools and inspirational stories to help you let go of the internal thoughts and practices that are holding you back and feel more joy and connection in your life.
It's kind of a much more palatable and modern form of the book A Course in Miracles by Marianne Williamson which can be a little hard to read. Written in such a way as to be applicable for both religious and non-religious people looking to add more love, joy and spirituality to their life. I really liked the meditations and writing exercises in this and they are something I plan to refer to again in the future.
