Death in the South of France by Jane Jakeman

4.0

An exciting, exotic mystery set in one of the more beautiful places on Earth. What more can you ask for. The mystery element of this book actually does not suffer because of the surroundingsā€¦so many times authors feel that setting a story in a vibrant place saves them from adding richness to the story. But, Jakeman writes a highly convincing mystery. Her characters are realistic and the situations, plausible. A fine mystery!
