seriously one of the best books ive read, i loved it, it deeply resonated with me. however im taking .5 off bc it made me deeply sad and empty with that ending lmao tho i suppose thats the point! super easy and quick read, i finished in under 2 hours with minimal distractions. i had been putting off reading this for a while but im so glad i got around to it, bc i would absolutely see myself reading this over and over again :)  edit: felt a bit like the 2014 movie Tusk at times with the psychological horror aspect, thoroughly uneased!! /pos
