It had the potential to be great. It worked the Peter Pan elements into the modern tale in some really clever ways. And a few of the plot twists I either didn’t see coming or they didn’t happen quite the way I expected. The story made some easy choices to create stakes and conflict that rely on miscommunications and misunderstandings. False conflict in a story like this gets exhausting. I also thought they threw some random depraved bits in for shock value that didn’t actually fit with the rest of the character development.
