I am generally skeptical of spin offs, but wow A. K. Caggiano knocked it out of the park!
For those familiar with the original storyline of Villains and Virtues, this book will give less of the dungeons and dragons epic quest vibe, and more… fairy tale (?) vibe… it’s a lower stakes adventure, but captivating none the less.
This story holds the same banter and wittiness of all her books, so if you have read anything by her and loved the ease in which conversation flows on the page, you will have zero disappointments here.
Caggiano continues to create stories, characters, conflict and spice that has me singing her praises and excited about what she has in store for us next!
