We Own Tonight by Corinne Michaels

3.0

This book was far more sappy and serious than the title or book description let on. The hook of the one night stand with a lead singer was just that: a hook that had not much impact on the real story the author wanted to tell. It was a book about losing a loved one to a degenerative disease. The romance felt secondary. I think a lot of people will love this book but it wasn't what I was looking for and I felt misled. However, this was probably the best performance by Andi Arndt I've listened to.
