Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking by Susan Cain

4.0

The book explores the American Extrovert Ideal, deepens our understanding regarding the differences between extroverts and introverts based on biological and cultural perspectives, and provides suggestions on how extroverts and introverts can harness their strengths.

Personally, I find this book insightful with recommendations to corporations/schools/managers/teachers/parents/individuals based on the available research results.

The book would be an easier read if the ideas could be more organized, but overall it’s a good book for anyone who is interested in this topic.
