Wayside School Beneath the Cloud of Doom by Louis Sachar

3.0

It was fun to return to Mrs. Jewls' class after all of this time and revisit the wild antics of the children on the 30th story of Wayside School. The newest edition doesn't have the outrageous creativity of chapters in the original trilogy like "Poetry," "Pet Day," or "Dr. Pickel." And both my children and I were disappointed when we got to chapter 19 and it was just a normal chapter.

However, this entire series remains a fun, family read-aloud.
