Married to a Bedouin by Marguerite van Geldermalsen

4.0

I started this book on the plane on the way to Jordan and finished it after I returned home. It gave insights at both points (pre and post) of my trip. It is a very in depth portrait of a foreign woman who comes to Jordan as a tourist, marries a bedouin man and her journey as she becomes part of the bedouin community at Petra.
