What an emotional and refreshing read Remy and Sanden are! First this book deals with some serious topics so please read the TW. Second and most important, Eden and Saxon dealt with these topics beautifully, including someone who I loathe and deserves no less than to be forever forgotten. Third, I wasn’t expecting this vibe when I started and I am so glad that Sanden and Remy were able to shine, found their voices, and their wonderful, smooshy HEA. They deserve the world and more.
“Come on!” he says. “How am I supposed to have that knowledge and not use it?”
“Because you’re a good boy.”
“When it comes to you, I’m beginning to think I’m really, really not.”
Although there were many serious and heartfelt convos, and lots of hurt/comfort moments, as you can see, there are also plenty of light and funny moments. And chemistry, whew, the chemistry with these two. Plus, we also had cameos from Gabe and Aleks (love those goofballs), and they’ll always put a smile on your face. I really enjoyed this dive into another writing side of the amazing Sadenverse duo and am excited to see what’s next.
