I really wanted to read a book with sailing as the setting backdrop and this one did not deliver on that end. It was mostly about scuba diving with a little sailing. Very different from the movie, but similar in key areas. I think I just don’t like reading the book after watching the movie. However, it was a quick read and I did like the flashback/dreams to Catherine.
