An interesting concept but there are no answers for major issues, notably why everyone in the fantasy afterlife is connected to the protagonist. That’s not inherently a problem, they could be an ongoing plot for future arcs, but they’re not treated as mysteries or even as important by the narrative or the characters. They are just facts of the setting and ignored, and that’s very disappointing.
