this book took me so long to finish cause i was busy doing so many things, but when i finished the book it felt blah. i liked when they kissed cause it felt like a slow burn which i like, somehow henry keeps getting injured and im pretty sure there’s another book which he’ll probably die in. i was on joan’s side when her and richard killed duane cause i always like that storyline of murder and plotting but i wish they did more killing or more plotting early on to build a better relationship between them rather than finding out their background so late in the book.
