Library Wars: Love & War, Vol. 2 by Kiiro Yumi

4.0

One does not only fall head over heels in love with their partner again while reading Yumi's "Library Wars" series, but one also finds themselves flirting with the appeal of the power of the literary arts and libraries again too.

Chapter by chapter I find myself fully immersed in the Kasahara's world, and enjoying every moment of it. The rush of desire to ally with the members of the Library Task Force, and the blush that steams up my face and glasses during the intimate moments, proves that this series remains at the top compared to other action packed and romance novels and series I have read: thus far.

There are times when I wonder just how far I would go for the freedom of all patrons to access the books in a public or school library. I am a pacifist at heart, so again I could see myself taking the role of Shibazaki. However, there is a fire similar to that of Kasahara's within my soul that would cause me to at the very least chase down an intruder.

Regardless of who you identify with at the Kantō Library Base, there will be a kindred spirit amongst the ranks of the brave and vital Library Task Force.
