Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card

4.0

A sad read, a book where you will feel sorry for the main character, and still find it is hard to ever believe his age. It is a book about war, about abuse, about survival and death, about games and players.

Recently I listened to Andy Weir's Hail Mary and is currently (reluctantly) listening to Heinlein's Starship Troopers, and I feel like Ender's game brushes sides with both of them in a fun, or rather strange, way
