The premise is a person creates a serum that they inject into people to make them superior humans. They loose the feelings of love, hate, worry etc. They become super humans. They are extremely intellegent and their bodies heal quickly from any injury. They are difficult to kill. They can also be connected to electronics and become part of computer systems. OK your thinking this is crazy. You are correct. The only problem is there is a down side. The enhancement can make them give into their baser needs. They're bodies can change like a werewolf. When that happens, all ability to think and do worthwhile things reverts to cruelty and harm to others.
