Very fun Read aloud, when a book makes you start reading expressively without you meaning to because the voice of the story is just that wonderful and makes you smile all the way through, it's a good read aloud for certain. I dread read alouds that I don't enjoy.
I'm not sure how anyone could be confused with this story, a few sentences could have done with a bit more exposition, but I often find myself adding that in as I go with most books if necessary.
One caveat is if you have a problem with the word "dang" I thought I'd mention it's in the book. But as read aloud you can change it if desired.
