Super entertaining, funny, interesting, and sometimes a downright headscratcher. How women survived in that era is beyond me. Also, reading this book definitely helps you realize that the saying "the more things change, the more they stay the same" is 100% true. Shows you what life is really like outside of the romanticized glamour of everyones favorite stories and movies. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it wasnt quite what I expected, with the writing style and stuff, but totally worth a read. If you want a quick, entertaining, informative read about life in the Victorian Era definitely pick this book up! :)
