The Art of Happiness by Dalai Lama XIV
4.0

This was a lovely read. Admittedly I feel as though the narrator got in the way of the actual message and spirit of the Dalai Lama at times, and that was distracting. I do respect the author for sharing some of his 'embarrassing' moments and showing some vulnerability. I read this book a bit each morning and it really helped me get a good start to the day. I feel more compassionate each day, and have a generally (very slowly) evolving better positive energy.
