The Bone Shard Daughter
by Andrea Stewart
Audiobook/ paperback- !!!! I’d put off sinking my teeth into this book, but I was so mistaken. I wish I’d read it sooner.
The plots (there are several main characters and several storylines to follow) are so beautifully, majestically interwoven..
Each thread comes from a different point of view, a different place on the map, and each character has their own agency and reason for doing the things they do that lead them towards one another, they’re all wholly human and utterly believable in their thoughts and beliefs, their pitfalls and flaws.
The perspectives, the magic systems, the people and the places are so vividly brought from the page and into your mind.
Instantly delving into book two and placing Andrea Stewart directly into my favourite author catagory. ⭐️
