This book was an absolute mind fuck. I'm really sad that I didn't annotate this book with neon pink and yellow flags because holy moly that was a lot to think about. Awad's writing is beautiful. Extremely poetic and witty.
She really did pull an M.Knight Shyamalan there! By the end, I could not tell what was real and what was fake.
Some parts of the book I found rather confusing but I would not say this is a bad thing. Because the book takes place in a contemporary setting it's a little tricky to feel out certain plot details.
*Cough, Cough* the supernatural and the plot twist.
I know this book is sitting on a lot of lists and it's definitely worth getting your hands or your paws (because 'Hands are hard, Bunny'<3) on a copy.
