The writing, especially at the end, was very sloppy. This book felt rushed, forced, and had much less to recommend it than the first book. I felt like the characters truly could have all gotten more depth in this one, but were just given cardboard cutout tropes to fall back on. I am also still extremely disliking the format of episodes.
