I couldn't put this book down because I was so immersed with the story and the feels (mainly the angst and apprehension I felt for something going wrong during the first part with Sasha). Everything that came after was great, except for the finale.

Why I wasn't too happy about the finale? The bad guys didn't really get their full comeuppance considering what they did... I mean, Sasha stole her freaking wedding dress that was meant to be for her friend?? I just can't justify nothing bad happening to her for it. I mean I get why it didn't end up happening, and I suppose it's more realistic that way, but it was like leading up to the whole idea that they would pull off this cool heist and then it just didn't happen. It just left me feeling like I wasn't given something I was promised. I would have been happier even if the ending chapter just mentioned Sasha being sued or something, but nope.

In terms of the sweet romance though, I was left fully satisfied. I became invested in each character and loved the development between Dani and her twin Isaac. Alex's development was great too. If you ignore the anti-climatic finale, the ending is just super sweet!
