A Talent for Murder
by Peter Swanson
I borrowed this audiobook through the Libby app, not realizing it was the 3rd book in a series. It worked quite well as a standalone, but I think I would have enjoyed it more if I knew the backstory of the 2 main characters.
The premise is: A newlywed librarian suspects that her husband might be a serial killer. My teenage daughter said, “Mom, if the wife thinks that her husband is a serial killer, then the husband is definitely NOT the killer”.
Lots of fun twists in this suspenseful story, and although at first it seemed predictable, the author managed to surprise me in the end.
I enjoyed the audio version of this book with different voice actors for each character. 3.5/5⭐️
