Cursed by Lizzy Ford

3.0

In Cursed, psychic voodoo follower Adrienne St. Croix comes home to New Orleans to live with her father, five years after her sister's

death. She ends up in the middle of a mess which includes an age-old family curse, feuds with the other founding families of voodoo in New Orleans, and a love triangle with classmate Jayden and gang member Rene.

So, this book has a lot of potential, and in some ways it lives up to it. There's a lot of action, and interesting characters, though most of the supporting characters are fairly one dimensional. However, the book ends suddenly, and the ending is somewhere between "exciting cliffhanger" and "not a complete book." Maybe with the sequel things will get better.
