What can you do if your step-daughter wants you dead and no one believes you until it's too late?

Don’t Let Her Stay follows Joanne who is living her best life: she is married to Richard, living in a beautiful home and has an 8-month old daughter. Everything is going perfect until Richard’s daughter, Chloe, decides to move-in for a while. Joanne is very excited to finally meet her step-daughter but when events begin to occur in the home, everyone begins to believe Joanne is crazy.

I picked this book up on a whim because of TikTok. I love viewing book recommendations on that app because the majority of the books I’ve read from there, I really enjoyed it. I was thankful I found the audiobook on Hoopla because it made this book even better in my opinion. This book was fast-paced, dark, mysterious, and crazy. I devoured this book at work and I’m now a huge fan of Nicola Sanders. This was a huge chefs-kiss: the book flowed really well, I loved that I couldn’t trust anyone in this book. The plot twists were unexpected. At the very end of the story, my mouth was hanging now that we finally received the truth. This was one of the best thrillers I’ve read in a while.
