Rookie Move
by Sarina Bowen
This book has been on my tbr for forever and seriously WHAT WAS I THINKING!! Seriously AMAZING!!!!! I should have read this a billion years ago!!!
Hot hockey player? Check!
Massive amounts of drama? Check!
Awesome heroine? Check!
The SWEETEST GUY EVER? Check!
Oh and written by the amazing and talented Sarina Bowen? Check! Check! Check!
"The Bruisers aren't just a team, Number Three. They're a family. Remember that."
This book is like literally my jam. Exactly what I needed to read! Oh and guess what? THERE'S MORE OF THEM! I guess the only good thing about waiting forever to read this series is that three of them are already out so you know I'm in the middle of a binge session!
Ok soooo, Leo has finally been drafted into the Brooklyn Bruisers and is the rookie of the team. He's super excited and ready to play, but does that go as planed? NOPE. His high school girlfriend who dumped him on graduation day is his publicist and even worse, her dad is his coach. HAH! Leo has no idea why Georgia broke up with him six years ago but he is still in love with her. Lots of drama happened in high school and the two have to figure out where to go from here.
Best part about this is that it's a hockey romance with a unique plot! Like I've read so many of them and they generally follow the same type of thing but this one was different! Not only that but like I suuuuuper loved Leo. Like seriously one of the nicest guys ever written in a romance novel. Like honestly one of my favorites! Everything about this book just makes sense and makes me so happy. GO READ NOW!
