While it was a bit slow and hard to get into at first, I ended up falling in love with the characters and their struggles. Oraya was my favorite character by far and I loved Vincent as well as Raihn.
The twists were unexpected and satisfying to discover, one was a bit obvious but I didn’t mind.
The world building was a bit lackluster and I feel like there wasn’t a ton of focus on the trials. Despite that I did enjoy it.
