Four Blind Mice by James Patterson

Wow. Maybe even better than Violets Are Blue. How do people in so called super max prisons communicate with each other and the outside world? I know it's just a novel, and not everything will be or should be exactly like real life, but so much of the Alex Cross stories does seem real, when the fantastic intrudes it takes and even more willful suspension of belief. Of course it is quite likely that super max prisons are not nearly as secure as we civilians are led to believe. Anyway, it was a rollicking good adventure and mystery.
