Just finished and honestly all I want to do is scream but that doesn’t make for an insightful review… so let me describe the scream. This is a book that will make you scream with joy for finishing all 26hr of audio or however many ridiculous number of pages it has. I scream with joy for every triumph of the MC Baru and all her giant leaps in character development this installment. I scream with frustration for all the scheming and plotting that seems more and more relatable in our equally disturbing real life. There is so much detail and beauty in this world and while this book did answer many of my previous questions, well let’s just say the ending makes you go “wait I have more questions! Don’t end yet!” I am so ready for the next book. I love this complicated messy wonderful world the author created. I’m sad to leave this universe and wait in our reality. I scream beautiful this book is freaking perfect.
