I have no idea what to rate this. It would definitely be a 4.5 if there wasn't an

incest

involved. I know it's acceptable in some cultures (though I'm not sure this is the case), but I don't see how it would add anything to the plot. It would have been so much better if they were childhood friends to lovers instead of cousins
