I really enjoyed this and it could’ve almost been 5 stars for me. I loved the storyline and the author reveal at the end. I definitely wasn’t expecting the author to be relevant! The reasons I took away 1 star are 1. Lack of background on characters in the band, outside of Daisy. I would’ve loved to know more about their childhoods, etc. and 2. I felt like Billy and Daisy’s “love” story wasn’t really a love story. There wasn’t much build up or tension, just felt like they suddenly loved each other to me?
