This is my first foray into graphic novels, and I have to say that I am NOT disappointed!
When two young people from opposing sides of a bloody war fall in love, they travel the galaxy and escape from a plethora of foes, all to raise their newborn daughter, Hazel, in peace.
Everything about Saga captures my attention, from the gorgeous, detailed artwork, to the numerous and light writing. Marko and Alana are characters that you can't help but love. Even side characters like Izabel, Prince Robot IV, and The Will have unique, distinctive personalities that really stand out.
Overall, I cannot wait to read volume two!
