While this might be appealing for kids to look at, I think Light is beautiful and engaging enough for adults alike to enjoy.
The silent graphic novel is adorably drawn and very endearing, following a little goober human as they collect gems that slowly bring more light & color back to the world. Most of the book takes place in a series of caves, where our little bean of a hero is in the pitch blackness, their only illumination coming from the gem fragments they collect and carry in their backpacks.
As we journey through the novel, we see more interesting and strange creatures that make for an entertaining and visually stimulating trip into the world in search of Light.
