I re read it recently and OH MY GOD THE FEELS! America can be really annoying at times but other than that the book is awesome.

I hate what happens to Marlee and Carter though I think it's an excellent way of showing that things need changing.

I know a lot of people say that Kiera Cass could have just written the Selection and then the One and skipped over the Elite but I disagree. I think it is necessary as you cant come to love the characters without getting to know them and as someone who loves character based books, there is almost nothing more I could ask for. I do think that maybe a few major things from the One could have been mentioned in this book to justify its importance more.
