It was an okay read. Definitely could've been shorter, and the twists I could see from a mile away (that's not always a bad thing if it's still enjoyable). Felt a little corny and cliché-y at times and had lots of tell, not show moments (literally - the characters would say things to explain the plot instead of just showing the progression of events).  I think I could've connected more with the characters if it wasn't all told, and instead shown, and if there hadn't been other characters literally saying "I feel so bad for them." I don't like feeling like I'm supposed to feel a certain way about a character, I'd rather connect with them in my own way, if that makes sense. Either way it was an interesting read and the last hundred pages were very fun and a little more fast-paced.
