I absolutely LOVE Eve: The Awakening! It is refreshing, empowering, intriguing, emotional, and fun. As soon as I started I could not put the book down. Every chapter is engaging. Just when I thought I knew what was going to happen, I was taken by surprise. The characters in Eve are familiar to us all in the best way possible. The main character, Eve, is strong, sensitive, vulnerable, and goodhearted. A great role model for everyone - boys, girls, men, and women. The love subplot is a healthy one (refreshing!!), highlighting struggles and passions every relationship encounters and in a respectful manner. I fell in love with every character as each one is dynamic. It's easy to see that the author, Jenna Moreci, does her homework when it comes to story writing, plot development, and character psychology and analysis. Right off the bat you can tell that Jenna is an extremely talented and passionate writer. I cannot say enough great things about Eve: The Awakening. My mind is overflowing with things to rave about and I'm overwhelmed and at a loss for more words. I am going to re-read it while I impatiently wait for the second one!
