I love this story more than I anticipated. There’s so much backstory on both Beauty and Beast. It was also pretty humorous, although I don’t know if that was intended. A whole bunch of questions I didn’t expect answers to (you know how fairytales are) actually were answered. It didn’t, surprisingly, have any moral about how beauty isn’t as important as kindness and morality though.

The only thing I didn’t like about this was just the addition. Amazing cover, fine illustrations, but the interactive elements were dumb and unnecessary.
