This is great, and man am I embarrassed that I knew only a tiny bit about this total badass of a woman, who has handled the misogyny, racism, and music industry bullshit heaved her way with positivity, grace, meaning, vitality, and humour. She’s an educator, talented musician, mentor, and difference-maker, fighting for representation every step of the way.
