I vastly enjoyed this book. It's not too scientifically written, and yet rather captivating and highly informative, yet it is still all based on scientific research with the sources and origins clearly explained in the addendum, in case you do want to dig deeper. The knowledge delivered is so cutting edge (2021) and explains how our brains work so well, I actually want to read it again, so I remember even more. It should be a mandatory read for every student of biology and psychology.
