WOW. This book was a surprise. I got this in book mail this week and was so excited I started right away. I finished this in two days! Following Cait and Rebecca on their journey to New Mexico was really intriguing and I loved following both women’s story lines. I don’t think I’ve read a book where it followed two separate stories that come together as one and it held my attention the entire time. Rebecca and Cait were also very clear, thought out characters that had fully formed personalities. I feel like I could easily cast this movie because it played out in my head so easily. I was really surprised with how relevant this read was. It covered politics, abortion, me too movement and more. Considering today’s climate, I think it was a really pertinent read!

TW: miscarriage, sexual abuse.
