Death of a Salesman by Arthur Miller

3.0

I read this play for a college class and was very excited to dive into it because it has been held up as this great American Classic. I think I set my expectations much too high. This book didn't strike me as this profound piece of literature I had heard so much about. To me, this play was okay. I don't regret reading it, but I also don't regret putting it off either. I probably won't read it, again; although I wouldn't mind seeing a live performance if it wasn't out of my way.
