Falling Star: Book Three in the Rise and Fall of Dani Truehart Series by Michele Kwasniewski

emotional funny hopeful inspiring reflective tense medium-paced

5.0

The Third Installment of DANI TRUEHART story is finally available.

And just as i suspected I loved it, I'm biased and I accept it because I'm a sucker for the rise and fall of a star storyline. However, it hits a bit closer to home because I have been reading all three books and experiencing right alongside Dani (our main girl) the ups and downs of stardom --

I have liked and disliked her character. I understand her actions even while disagreeing with them, and the best of it all, I have watched her growth as a character, from a naive young girl full of dreams to the pop star of the moment full of ego and entitlement and finally to this new side of her where she needs to face the darker side of all that fame and decide the kind of person she wants to be. who to trust and who to let go.

It's so well done, so neatly wrapped up in an entertaining and meaningful package. It's easy to get engrossed in the story, to feel it so authentic... which I'm sure is the perk of having a background in entertainment, but it is still not just that but the way it is written. It comes as no surprise how the previous books have won so many awards.I'm sure this one will as well.

If you still haven't read these books .. you should.. Don't miss out, especially if you are intrigued by fame and life in the spotlight.. the good, the bad and the ugly of it.
