Papillon by Henri Charrière

3.0

A very interesting read, both in to the authors life and in to the way that the French treated their criminals as well as the men who were interred while, both innocent and guilty.
Reading through his daring escapes, it makes you wonder whether or not any of it was worth it, while giving him kudos for attempting each and everyone of them. The lives that he left behind and the people that Papillon met along the way.
