I read Lauren Blakely's Seductive Nights series which I enjoyed.
I listened to the Audiobook. I thought the narrator was good, but, the book was ok. There were a few humorous moments. Lots of steamy moments, all moments told from a male POV. That was cool.
Spencer thoughts about himself were the height of arrogance, but he showed his vulnerability to Charlotte. Charlotte had his
game all along.
I just wasn't feeling this book. It was kind of meh. I don't know if it would have been any better if I had read it instead of listened to it. Somehow, I don't think so. I would give this 2.5 stars.
I'm glad I was able to listen to this book via my Audible Romance subscription.
