I think that the idea at the core of this book is very clever and I can see why it's helpful to lots of people who struggle with anxiety or disordered thinking.
However, I found it hard to engage with the way it's written and thought that it was quite repetitive.
This is a great tool if you are new to managing your thoughts and you want to learn a bit about the way the brain works and how you can control your thoughts via mindfulness.
