I was unimpressed with this one. The terminology was confusing and no explanation given as to what it was to mean. The heroine waffled between hating the hero and being insanely attracted to him. One minute she's plotting to get him killed, the next she's worrying if he'll survive a different Viking clan attack. It just didn't work for me. Will likely avoid this author in the future, at least for historicals.
