Such a cozy holiday rom-com. I picked this up because it was featured in a Bookstagram reel that suggested if you like the movie ,The Holiday, you’ll enjoy this book. With just the right balance of holiday spirit, blended with romance and humor and set in the quaint English countryside-I definitely enjoyed this read.
The interactions between our main character Luna and the charming English pub-owner, Rhys were fun-sort of a grumpy/sunshine vibe. I especially enjoyed the small community setting in Showshill and the town’s people who hang out in the pub. If you’re looking for something to put you in the holiday spirit, this will do the trick!
