Caught Looking

3.5 STARS
There were a lot of things to love about this story! The female lead is amazing, having played softball her entire life, winning an Olympic medal, and then getting a job as the MLB's first female coach. I loved this aspect of her story and the very real struggles she faced as a woman in a man's world. Her family dynamic was interesting and I liked that it actually played an important role in her feelings about her career and what she can compromise for love.
When her boyfriend, a MLB Catcher, gets traded to her team she faces a problem since dating within the team is off limits, even though their relationship existed before the trade. This story is so well written because you can see why she can't choose love, even as you are DYING for her to choose love. These are complex decisions that are not easy!
The reason it only got 3.5 stars from me is that actual meat of this story was fairly repetitive. It's a lot of the same scenario running over and over again, until there is finally a hitch. The resolution is also so obvious that you see it coming long before it does. These are not deal-breakers, but this book didn't quite do it for me like the others in the series.
These two have seriously hot, NC-17 rated, steamy scenes! So prepare for your Kindle to burst into flames. You've been warned...in the best way possible.
