PLEASE READ THIS!!
This is seriously my favorite book that I've ever read. The fantasy, the slow-burn romance, it was perfect. It always felt like there was something happening so it wasn't boring but it also wasn't too much. I absolutely love the characters and in my opinion they had a lot of depth to their character. And the plot?? Everything was a bit confusing at first but once you know what everything is its sooo good omg. And when i say this is a slow burn, I mean it. BUT OMG. they got me giggling and kicking my feet they're so cute 😭, and I feel like this book wasn't romance-centric and that a major part of this was the plot, but that made the romance seem even more special in my opinion. also I hope Kinok will suffer a long painful death in the next book ❤️
This book was a little bit predictable, but you would only know things just before it happened (and most times I rlly didn't expect it to happen tbh). I actually really enjoyed the way that you could sometimes predict what was going to happen, because it felt like you where slowly connecting the dots yourself and learning everything, y'know what I mean?
And Crier going to the midwifery to get the passion pillar out of her? And the ending?? I was feeling what Crier felt, the betrayal?? Kinok showed Crier fake blueprints with five pillars, just to manipulate her

Anyways, please just read this and give this a try because it's so good (and it's sapphic so what other reasons would you need?). It might take a while for you to really get into it and understand everything, but once you do it's absolutely worth it!! 💟
